Work

A few examples of work where the problem came first. Full case detail on the Work page.

Reporting Systems

Challenge
Leadership relied on memory and weekly status threads to know whether the business was healthy.
Approach
Mapped the existing data, defined the few metrics that actually signaled health, and built a dashboard that surfaced them without manual effort.
Outcome
A shorter reporting cycle and a shared view of the numbers — decisions started from the same picture instead of competing memories.

Community Growth

Challenge
A community was growing, but growth outpaced the systems behind it and the experience started to fray.
Approach
Introduced lightweight onboarding, consistent communication, and a simple set of repeatable rituals that scaled with membership.
Outcome
The community kept growing while the operating load stayed bounded — fewer dropped threads and a steadier member experience.

Operational Design

Challenge
Work lived across too many tools, with ownership and handoffs unclear — things slipped between the cracks.
Approach
Mapped how work actually flowed, removed the steps that added nothing, and made the remaining handoffs explicit and owned.
Outcome
Less rework, fewer surprises, and a team that could see what was in flight and who was responsible at each step.

Let's scope it together on the call
