What this covers

These terms describe how TimeToSkillIt works as a service — what we do, what an engagement looks like, and what both sides agree to. They're written plainly on purpose.

The service

TimeToSkillIt provides advisory and execution support for founders and small teams on operations, reporting, and the systems behind how work gets done. We also build products — SkillIt and Dictate are both in development. These terms cover the advisory work and the website. Product-specific terms will apply when each product ships.

The consulting engagement model

Engagements are value-based and scoped to the problem in front of you. They range from a single strategy call to a focused sprint to ongoing advisory. We scope it together on the call.

We do not publish prices. The scope and fee for an engagement are agreed on the call or in a follow-up written summary before any work begins. There is no obligation to proceed after the call.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the website or its underlying systems.
• Content you share in a consultation is yours; we treat it as confidential and use it only to do the work you asked for.

Limitation of liability

Advisory work depends on information, access, and decisions that are ultimately yours. We commit to thoughtful problem solving and honest communication — not to specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. For ongoing engagements, the terms agreed at the start of the engagement continue to apply until it ends, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
